I am a woman, wife, mother, sister, friend, aunt, full time home manager, and entrepreneur. I have been in corporate America (working in and outside of the home). As my life began to unfold as I held those roles in my life, that is when the pieces of AWE began to come together. 

As my life expanded I needed more time and energy to get some of the essential things done. I looked around me to see what did women do to get the essential things done and thrive in their respective careers. 

The essential ingredient was a team. A community of women that stood with them and served them on their journey.
